We have a list of local service providers who not only have previous experience of our wedding venue but also know how to make your big day extra special.
Where to get married? We are able to hold civil ceremonies here at the Barn but if you would prefer a church wedding. St Andrews in Bulmer is very close to Smeetham Hall and with its idyllic english country setting in the heart of Essex, the grade 1 listed church is the perfect venue for your church wedding.
What food to serve at your wedding? We supply a list of local caterers who can offer you a variety of different menus to cater for all dietary requirements. All of our recommended wedding caterers have experience of Smeetham Hall Barn and can help you to decide on your menu.
Wedding Accessories? Our in-house wedding accessories service - Wilton & Flower - offers a free initial consultation and a bespoke accessories service to enhance the theme and colours of your wedding and to give the entire room a feel of opulence and individuality to create the fabulous look you’ve always dreamed of for your wedding. Which local accommodation should we recommend to our guests? Our list of local accommodation (see a selection above) includes local Essex hotels, B&Bs and self-catering cottages to cover all tastes and all budgets.
Band or DJ? Never an easy choice, so we have a list of both wedding bands and wedding discos who have previously performed at Smeetham Hall Barn.
Firework Displays? We recommend Dynamic Fireworks as our preferred supplier of firework displays. They are a professional, well-established and very safety-conscious organisation.
Many of our recommended wedding service providers (a list will be supplied) 'like' our Facebook page and regularly post photos and videos of their time at Smeetham Hall Barn.
